No. Giving us your information is voluntary. If you choose not to, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry, send you a quote or provide our services.

For clients, tax and company law (including the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011 and the Companies Act 71 of 2008) requires us to keep invoices and financial records.

We only share personal information with service providers who help us run our website and business, and only as far as they need it:

• Website hosting and email providers
• Analytics and spam protection providers
• Booking, messaging and chatbot providers
• Our accountant, SARS and banks
• Courts or law enforcement, when the law requires it
