What if I do not have a website yet?
That is fine, and it is the easier case. Say so and the questions adapt. Starting from nothing means there is no old site to undo.
Will you add me to a mailing list?
No. Your details are used to send your summary and to reply to you. That is all.
Who actually does the review?
Both halves are honest about themselves. The score at the end of the questions is worked out automatically, which is why it is instant. The review after it is me, going through your site by hand and coming back to you within one working day. There is no team to hand you over to and no account manager in the middle.
